Garden/Lawn Mowing & Handyman services
It is difficult to estimate the cost and duration of an initial gardening services. Such things as the size, the number of obstacles…tree’s etc, and whether overgrown or not impacts on the time necessary to complete the job. The first service will usually take longer if overgrown.
To keep your outdoor living area in the best condition we recommend our scheduled gardening service . Our schedule is generally to cut lawns once every four weeks through Winter, every three weeks in Autumn and Spring, and every two weeks in summer. What Is Included?- Grass cut

Who Will Do The Big Jobs?If we send two or more consultant, you will be charged per hour for each M.R.T consultant. For most larger jobs two or more consultants will be sent as this saves time for our customers.When making a booking we'll agree on a fixed time, being a total number of man hours for the service, and advise you of the total cost. An accurate and realistic quote based on our previous experience and your personal requirements will be provided. However, please note that since the condition of properties with both cleaning and gardening services can vary significantly and without seeing the property, it may not be possible to complete all tasks that have been requested within the agreed time.In the event that the service takes less time, M.R.T will only charge for the man hours worked. If your service takes longer you will be advised that more time is needed to complete all the tasks. You may then choose to pay for any additional time required or to keep to the agreed time leaving some tasks incomplete.
Who Provides Equipment/Supplies?
Larger services such as a moving in/moving out or spring cleaning service, M.R.T can provide all the required equipment and materials. For a regular service, indoor, the customer will provide all cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner and mop & bucket, and cleaning supplies, such as multi-purpose cleaner, window cleaner, toilet cleaner, cleaning cloths, etc unless prior arrangement with M.R.T and additional cost are meet by the customer. All outdoor services, such as gardeners, handyman and trade services the equipment/supplies will be provided by the M.R.T consult.
